A big step

Just on 5 years ago my husband was offered a job, we packed a bag full of clothes and a few photographs and moved to London.  Since we were on a visa, we couldn't buy a house, but now that we have UK residency, we can!!!

So we had an eventful weekend looking at houses, dreaming that one day we will have our own. Dreaming of the perfect kitchen to bake in and the perfect little room to store all my lovely wool in...  that dream is some what closer as we are waiting to hear if our offer has been accepted! Its just a little family, starter home, but it will be ours.  Fingers crossed we get it!


So for now, Prettiknit is a bit quiet as we take time to read up and budget,  but I am still here and will be posting things on my Etsy shop as and when I get them done.
